Thrive, not just survive!
Life It Or Not Newsletter
Life It Or Not is for people who survived everything the system threw at them and are now figuring out what comes next.
I write about what it actually looks like to rebuild – after institutional failure, chronic illness, single parenting under pressure, neurodivergence, trauma, and all the things that were supposed to break you but didn’t.
Straight-up, honest writing from someone who has been on every side of broken systems – as a child, a patient, a professional, and a mother – and came out building and thriving anyway.

Award Winning
ADVOCACY
As an award-winning advocate, I have spent over a decade on both sides of institutional power.
As a teacher, governor, trustee, and panel chair, I’ve worked inside systems writing reports, applying policy, managing risk, and making decisions.
As a disabled woman, single parent, survivor of VAWG, and advocate, I’ve had to negotiate those same systems from the outside, where language is scrutinised, emotion is penalised, and credibility is constantly assessed.
I’ve had to fight for my happiness so much that I now live with multiple chronic health conditions – all caused by living in fight or flight mode, and masking, for so long.
Now, I teach others how to reach their happy place without having to go through what I did.
