Communication coaching starts with identifying what areas of communication you want to improve, such as leadership, conflict resolution, confidence, social skills etc. It is often a combination of a few different areas, and this is absolutely fine. You will discover your own personality types and communication styles, which is always very interesting for clients, and look at your barriers to effective communication.

NLP & Reframing Techniques

Using NLP and coaching mind reframing techniques, we will begin with knocking down your barriers to effective communication. You will learn how to communicate with purpose and effect, by reframing your mind and communication styles. I will coach you on how to read and use body language, strengthen relationships and be a better speaker through active listening and effective questioning.

Set Goals & Be Empowered

Towards the end of your coaching sessions, I will help you to establish clear goals for you to work on. You will feel more confident, empowered, and socially comfortable, and will have the knowledge and resources you need to keep up your amazing work, even after we stop working together.
