Coaching with Sarah

Most people don’t come to coaching because they’re falling apart. They come because they’re holding it together – and exhausted from how much effort that takes.

You’ve built a life, a career, maybe a family, on top of something that would have stopped most people. Adversity, a diagnosis, neurodivergence, masking that’s worked for years right up until it stopped working.

From the outside it looks like coping. From the inside, it’s a full-time job.

Generic coaching won’t touch this point. It asks you to think positive and push through – which is exactly the advice that got you here.

Coaching with me is different. My philosophy is built on the Duck’s Back Method™ – a four-step process for pressure management and resilience. This isn’t just mindset coaching. It isn’t therapy. And it’s definitely not generic life coaching.

Coaching with me is the becoming work. It’s about figuring out who you are once you stop just surviving, and starting to build something with it.

Who is this for?

  • People rebuilding after adversity, a diagnosis, or sustained pressure who are ready to build from it, not just cope with it
  • Neurodivergent adults tired of masking, ready to stop performing and start building sustainably
  • Anyone who’s realising that “resilient” has quietly become a synonym for “exhausted”

How it works

Every session runs through the same four-stage process: Preen, Shed, Shake, Return – applied directly to what’s actually happening in your life right now.

Formats

  • 1:1 coaching, single sessions or a structured programme
  • Small-group coaching
  • Corporate team coaching, for organisations who want this work extended to their people
