At Its Core

Have you just launched a new business but now feel a bit “stuck”? Or maybe your business has been around for a while, but doesn’t seem to be gaining any traction? Do you need help working out how to brand your business or write a business development plan? Or you might be wondering how on earth you would go about creating a content strategy? You might simply just want to figure out who to get a better work-life balance.

Breaking into the world of business is even more daunting now more than ever…but it doesn’t have to be!

A business coach who focusses on working with small or new businesses, can be the most worthwhile investment you can make for your business. Business coaching helps business owners, startups and even entrepreneurs to boost brand identity, brand awareness and performance by enabling you to identify where your strengths and weaknesses lie and gain clarity on how to move forward successfully.

From business development plans and branding, through to digital marketing, accountability and content strategy (and much more!), a business coach provides the knowledge, advice and skills necessary to achieve your business goals and vision.

YOU Are Your Power For Progress

As with any type of coaching, YOU are the power behind your own progress. The core values and aims of your business are the basis of business coaching, and will be reflected upon through out our sessions to ensure everything we do is aligned with what you want your business to represent and your goals for your business. Coaching is a collaborative process, in which the coach is the facilitator, mentor – and of course, the coach, and the client is the power behind the change. It is important to remember that you are the expert in your business industry or niche, and your coach is your cheerleader who will enable you to ensure that your business goals are related to your business values, you have a deep understanding of how to progress your business and that your best ideas are carried out successfully.

Identifying Stage & Goals

The first thing we will do in our business coaching sessions is identify where you are in your business journey and what you want to achieve with your business. We will discuss your long and short term goals, and your own perspective on your business’ identity, as well as where your current struggles or “blocks” are within your business model or progression.

Development Plans & Goal-Setting

Once we have identified any specific areas you might want to focus on, we will begin creating development plans and setting actionable goals right away. Throughout your business coaching programme, we are likely to touch on several areas of your own personal development, which will positively impact your business. Aside from your business-based goals, such as brand awareness, performance and marketing etc., we will also look at how to increase your productivity and motivation, how to achieve a work-life balance through effective goal-setting and delegations, and the importance of accountability in business management.

Clarity & Forward Thinking

Towards the end of our coaching sessions, I will introduce how to measure performance metrics and we will work together to create a long-term plan moving forward. By the end of our sessions, you will have the knowledge, mindset and clarity to be able to continue growing your business long after our sessions have ended.
